GRM Move Up Retail Rebate Program
Rules & Regulations

Please review the following Rules & Regulations before submitting a rebate request through the GRM Move Up Retail Rebate Program.

This program applies to qualifying subsequent GRM bicycle purchases made through Participating Retailers (as defined hereinafter). Eligibility is subject to the requirements outlined below, including registration of the prior qualifying GRM bicycle with Huffy, qualifying purchase dates, retailer requirements, proof of purchase, and submission deadlines.

Rebate requests are subject to verification and approval. Submission of a rebate request does not guarantee eligibility or issuance of a rebate reward.

1. Program Eligibility

The Huffy Corporation (“Huffy”) GRM Move Up Retail Rebate Program is available to eligible purchasers who previously purchased a qualifying Huffy GRM bicycle and then registered such bicycle at Huffy.com and, within two (2) years or 730 days after the initial purchase (but in no event later than the program end date), later purchase an additional qualifying GRM bicycle from Participating Retailers during the applicable program period. For avoidance of doubt, this program is limited to the original retail purchaser of a qualified Huffy GRM bicycle. This rebate is not transferable. Further, the rebate may only be claimed on a purchase of a qualified Huffy GRM bicycle for shipment in or to a qualified original retail purchaser in the United States.

To qualify, the prior qualifying GRM bicycle must be registered with Huffy before a rebate request can be submitted. The subsequent GRM bicycle must meet the purchase, retailer, timing, and other eligibility requirements described in these Rules & Regulations.

For the avoidance of doubt, each prior qualifying GRM bicycle purchase may be used as the “prior purchase” for only one rebate request; once a prior qualifying purchase has been used to support a rebate request, it cannot be used to support any other rebate request if that rebate request was approved or is still pending.

Each qualifying subsequent GRM bicycle is evaluated separately. Purchasers may submit rebate requests for multiple qualifying bicycles, provided each bicycle independently meets the program requirements and a separate rebate request is submitted for each bicycle.

Participation in the program is limited to individual consumers. Groups, clubs, organizations, resellers, commercial purchasers, and the like are expressly excluded from eligibility.

2. Prior GRM Bicycle Registration Requirements

To establish eligibility for a rebate request, the prior qualifying GRM bicycle must be registered with Huffy at Huffy.com before the purchaser can validate their registration and submit a rebate request for a subsequent qualifying GRM bicycle.

After registering a GRM bicycle at Huffy.com, please allow approximately 7 to 10 days for the registration information to become available for validation through the GRM Move Up Retail Rebate Program website.

The registration information provided during validation must correspond to an eligible GRM registration on file with Huffy. If the registration cannot be validated, the purchaser will not be able to proceed with a rebate request until the registration information becomes available or the issue is resolved.

Purchasers who wish to use a newly purchased GRM bicycle to establish eligibility for a future Move Up rebate should register that bicycle with Huffy at Huffy.com.

3. Qualifying Subsequent GRM Purchase

To qualify for a rebate, the subsequent bicycle must be an eligible Huffy GRM model (as outlined in the table below) purchased in the United States from Participating Retailers during the applicable program period. The rebate can only be redeemed to persons in the United States.

Each subsequent GRM bicycle must independently meet all program requirements, including retailer, purchase date, proof-of-purchase, and submission requirements.

Only the purchase price of the qualifying GRM bicycle before sales tax will be used to determine the rebate amount. Shipping charges, taxes, fees, accessories, and other non-qualifying items are not included in the rebate calculation.

GRM Bike SKU
12-inch GRM 22465, 22495
16-inch GRM 21885, 21875
20-inch GRM 23685, 23695
24-inch GRM 24725, 24715

Program Eligibility and Discontinuation. The SKUs listed in the table above are the sole and exclusive determinant of which GRM bicycles qualify for this rebate. Huffy may discontinue the GRM product line (or any SKU) at any time, in its sole discretion. If the GRM product line (or any SKU) is discontinued, (a) rebate claims for qualifying purchases timely submitted before the effective date of discontinuation will still be honored, and (b) rebate claims not otherwise timely submitted before the effective date of discontinuation will not be processed and will have no redeemable value.

4. Program Dates and Timing

The subsequent qualifying GRM bicycle must be purchased (i) during the applicable GRM Move Up Retail Rebate Program period and (ii) within the required eligibility period of two (2) years, or 730 days, following the purchase of the prior qualifying GRM bicycle.

Rebate requests must also be submitted within the required submission period of 90 days following the purchase of the subsequent qualifying GRM bicycle, but in no event later than the program end date. Requests submitted outside the applicable program or submission periods may not be eligible for a rebate.

The GRM Move Up Retail Rebate Program begins on August 1, 2026 and runs through July 31, 2028.

5. Participating Retailers

Qualifying subsequent GRM bicycles must be purchased from a Participating Retailer through an eligible retail channel during the applicable program period. “Participating Retailers” means retailers that, subject to Huffy’s sole discretion and approval, participate in this GRM Move Up Retail Rebate Program. Qualifying subsequent purchases from retailers that are not Participating Retailers are not eligible for this GRM Move Up Retail Rebate Program. The current list of Participating Retailers is available at https://grmretail.huffy.com/participating-retailers/ and may be updated from time to time.

The retailer used for a qualifying subsequent purchase does not need to be the same retailer associated with the prior qualifying GRM bicycle. A purchaser may make a qualifying Move Up purchase through any Participating Retailer, provided all other program requirements are satisfied.

Subsequent GRM bicycles purchased from retailers that are not Participating Retailers are not eligible for the GRM Move Up Retail Rebate Program. Purchasers who purchase through Huffy.com or another online marketplace may be eligible for Huffy’s separate Move Up Program and should visit Huffy.com for additional information.

Proof of purchase must clearly identify the qualifying retailer, qualifying GRM bicycle, purchase date, and purchase price before sales tax.

6. Rebate Amount

Eligible purchasers will receive a rebate equal to 25% of the verified purchase price of the qualifying subsequent GRM bicycle before sales tax.

The rebate amount is calculated separately for each qualifying GRM bicycle. Sales tax, shipping charges, fees, accessories, and other non-qualifying items are not included when calculating the rebate.

If multiple qualifying GRM bicycles are purchased, each bicycle must meet the program requirements and be submitted as a separate rebate request.

For the avoidance of doubt, each rebate request must independently satisfy all eligibility requirements set forth in these Rules & Regulations, including the requirement that the “prior purchase” relied upon consist of a qualifying GRM bicycle purchased and registered at Huffy.com that is not currently associated with a pending rebate request and has not been used to support an approved rebate request.

7. Proof of Purchase and Receipt Requirements

A valid proof of purchase is required for each rebate request. The uploaded receipt or invoice must clearly show the qualifying retailer, qualifying GRM bicycle, purchase date, and purchase price.

The information submitted with the rebate request must correspond to the qualifying GRM bicycle and purchase shown on the proof of purchase.

If more than one qualifying GRM bicycle appears on the same receipt, that receipt may be used as proof of purchase for each applicable rebate request. A separate rebate request must still be submitted for each qualifying bicycle.

Receipts that are incomplete, illegible, altered, or do not provide sufficient information to verify the qualifying purchase may delay processing or result in a request for additional information.

8. Rebate Submission Deadline

A completed rebate request must be submitted within the applicable submission period of 90 days following the purchase date of the qualifying subsequent GRM bicycle, but in no event later than the program end date.

The rebate request is considered submitted when the required information and proof of purchase have been received through the GRM Move Up Retail Rebate Program website.

Requests submitted after the applicable deadline may not be eligible for a rebate.

9. Multiple Qualifying GRM Bicycles

Eligible purchasers may submit rebate requests for more than one qualifying subsequent GRM bicycle, provided each bicycle independently meets all program requirements.

A separate rebate request must be submitted for each qualifying bicycle. The same purchaser, email address, or receipt may be associated with multiple rebate requests when more than one qualifying GRM bicycle has been legitimately purchased.

Each rebate request will be reviewed and verified separately. Approval of one rebate request does not automatically establish eligibility for another bicycle.

10. Verification and Approval

All rebate requests are subject to verification and approval before a rebate is issued.

Huffy and its program administrator may review the information submitted with a rebate request, including registration information, purchase details, proof of purchase, and other information necessary to confirm eligibility.

Submission of a rebate request does not guarantee approval or payment. If additional information is needed to verify eligibility, the purchaser may be contacted and asked to provide clarification or supporting documentation.

Rebate requests that cannot be verified as meeting the program requirements may be denied.

All rebate reviews are in the sole and absolute discretion of Huffy.

11. Rebate Delivery

Approved rebate rewards will be issued through the GRM Move Up Retail Rebate Program’s designated fulfillment provider and may be redeemed for a virtual prepaid Visa or Mastercard.

The rebate reward will be delivered by email to the valid email address associated with the approved rebate request. Purchasers should monitor their inbox and spam or junk folders for rebate fulfillment communications.

Rebate rewards are expected to be issued within approximately 14 days after the rebate request is approved.

The selected virtual prepaid card is valid for 6 months from redemption, subject to the terms and conditions provided with the card.

Purchasers are responsible for reviewing and following the applicable terms, conditions, expiration information, and instructions provided with their selected virtual prepaid card.

12. Duplicate, Invalid, or Fraudulent Claims

Only one rebate may be issued for each qualifying subsequent GRM bicycle.

Duplicate rebate requests submitted for the same qualifying subsequent GRM bicycle may be rejected or treated as a duplicate of an existing request.

Rebate requests containing false, altered, misleading, or unverifiable information may be denied. Huffy and its program administrator reserve the right to request additional documentation or information when necessary to verify eligibility.

Huffy may, in its sole and absolute discretion, refuse to provide a rebate to any person, including without limitation if Huffy suspects – with or without evidence – fraud, if such person treats Huffy personnel inappropriately, or if Huffy believes servicing such request may directly or indirectly violate the law.

Any attempt to obtain more than one rebate for the same qualifying bicycle, or otherwise misuse of the program, may result in denial of the rebate request and disqualification from the program.

13. Participant Responsibilities

Purchasers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when validating their GRM registration and submitting a rebate request.

Purchasers are responsible for monitoring the email address associated with their rebate request so that program-related communications, requests for additional information, and rebate fulfillment notifications can be received.

Purchasers are responsible for reviewing communications related to their rebate request and responding to requests for additional information when necessary to complete verification or fulfillment.

14. Program Modification and Administration

Huffy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the GRM Move Up Retail Rebate Program or these Rules & Regulations at any time, in its sole discretion and without prior notice.

None of Huffy, its internal or external program administrator (if applicable) (“program administrator”), or retail partner (the entity you, the consumer, purchased the product from), are responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected submissions, or for any technical, hardware, or software failures.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Huffy, its program administrator, and any retail partner (the entity you, the consumer, purchased the product from), shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or connected to the GRM Move Up Retail Rebate Program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Liability is strictly limited to direct damages. By participating in this program, purchasers agree that any claim associated with this program shall be brought against Huffy (and not Huffy’s retail partners or program administrators). Huffy’s liability is limited to direct damages and Huffy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the program or the use of any reward issued hereunder.

16. Governing Law; Compliance with Law

These Rules & Regulations and all matters relating to the program shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this program shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts sitting in Montgomery County, Ohio.

18. Privacy
