After selecting a virtual Visa or Mastercard reward, the purchaser completes card activation through MyPrepaidCenter. During activation, the purchaser is routinely asked to provide their name, billing address, phone number, and email address directly through the card activation process. Date of birth, Social Security number, government-issued identification, and separate third-party identity verification are not routinely required. Additional verification may be requested in exceptional circumstances for security, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance.

Recipients are required to accept the applicable E-Sign Disclosure during card activation. The applicable Cardholder Agreement is available through MyPrepaidCenter when the recipient accesses their card. Information collected during card activation and use is subject to the applicable provider’s privacy practices and cardholder terms.

6. Rebate Fulfillment and Card Activation

If a rebate request is approved, the rebate reward will be delivered through Tango Choice. Recipients may choose from the available virtual Visa or virtual Mastercard options.

Information necessary to deliver the approved rebate reward may be shared with the reward fulfillment provider as described in Section 5 of this Privacy Policy.

After selecting a virtual Visa or Mastercard, the recipient will complete the applicable card activation process through MyPrepaidCenter. Information provided during card activation is collected directly through that process and is subject to the applicable provider’s privacy practices, E-Sign Disclosure, Cardholder Agreement, and other applicable terms.

Recipients should review the privacy information and cardholder terms presented during activation and available through MyPrepaidCenter.
